5 Ways to reverse the effects of Air Pollution

We may not always realize it but everyday we are exposed to pollution and numerous germs that takes a toll on our health, especially if living in a city. The emission from vehicles subjects us to come into contact with free radicals that alters our DNA and contributes to various ailments.

But the hard truth is that we cannot keep ourselves locked inside our house and that means subjecting ourselves to pollution every time we are out and about.

You already inhale polluted air outside of your home and the last thing you need this polluted air in your rooms. Use air-purifiers that will filter the air. If you do not have air purifiers do not worry about breaking the bank. Mother Nature comes with plenty of solutions. Place pots of air purifying plants like – Snake Plant, Spider Plant, Areca Palms, Aloe Vera etc.

  1. Eat lots of antioxidants.
