You already inhale polluted air outside of your home and the last thing you need this polluted air in your rooms. Use air-purifiers that will filter the air. Antioxidants counteracts the damage done by free radicals in the body like premature ageing, cardiovascular diseases, cancer etc. Antioxidants are found in foods like apples, oranges, kiwis, avocados, nuts, tomato etc.
Exercising will make sure you flush out the pollutants through sweating and also improve your overall health.
